After a great visit home to San Francisco, I returned to work at P&G (Gillette). As many of your know I'm working in a R&D enviroment which includes lab and instrumentation. Although most of the work is consumer driven it's always important to see the end goal as a product or deliverable.

I also have been working on some side projects including a humidity and temperature sensor that interfaces with a LCD. I must say it's quite challenging but then again what in engineering isn't?

Another project is a image processing algorihmn working with a TI DSP chipset for finger print analysis. This particular project is going to take a long time but I think I'll learn quite a few things from its implementation.
